LWP selects one agent per territory by invitation. Each territory is evaluated carefully — Only agents who meet LWP's criteria for a given market receive an invitation.
You claim your territory
Your territory is exclusive. One neighborhood, one city, one agent. Once you claim it, no other agent in that market can hold the same title — for as long as you renew.
We co-brand the work
LWP produces the book with your name, photo, and brokerage on every copy. Distribute them however you see fit — listings, open houses, referral contacts, cold outreach.
One closing pays for it
The annual license pays for itself with one closing. Every client who receives your book knows your name — and your authority — before they speak to anyone else.
